Met an ex-colleague last weekend. A very talkative & friendly guy.
He is currently working as a sales assistant manager in Shanghai after left our company.
He told me sales is much more challenging than production line and customer is always the "King"..haha...
Actually i felt very suprise when he told me he is going to join sales ... Because he is kind of person that can screw people up easily when he feel you are talking nonsense. But now he got to learn how to make the customer happy in order to sell his product...haha.not matter how the customer behalf, nothing he can do other than "smile"and say.."yes sir ..".."okok..no problem.." such words... That's very challenging...And this is the main reason why I think I will never involve in Sales if there's a choice !! But who knows...right? I am just 26, who knows I might end up my career in Sales??! haha..
Getting bored in works...My lady boss had just delivered a baby girl...Now I am under another lady boss...Different boss, diffrent working style and of cause, different demand...Wish me luck !!
