Since yesterday my company, HNS encountered a serious problem, whole production line stop and that's caused a huge lost ! around 400k per day !!
The supply of O2 from TGN (gas supplier from jurong) suspected to have contamination and causes the wafers have abnormal waveform, more than 50% wafers in the line & ard 170 machine affected ! The sampling result showed that there's N2 contaminated in the gas tank, the root caused was found today as well. There's N2 residual inside the tank at supplier side when they purging in O2.
Today the whole day the line still stop..Untill midnight only partial release the machine for production again...sigh...I can foresee that tmr gonna be a busy day..got to plan how to recover the lost and rush for month end shipment for customer..
Today received a resign letter from a specialist..tried to talk to him and want him to stay back but seem like nothign gonna change his mind..mm..may be i am not persuasive enough?

And..we learnt from issue..
hopefully, those wafers can be re-work,or else, it will be more troublesome, need to restart the wafer and MISS the OSD.!
